I am admittedly a bit surprised by how tasty this turned out to be! I've had more than my fair share of supplements that purport to taste decently and then just taste like badly flavored medicine. Not this! There's a bit of bitterness at the very end that let me know this was a supplement, but otherwise this was a delightfully fruity drink. The orange mango is definitely a winning flavor combo. If you don't do it for the flavor, do it for the gains! I made myself a straight glass as a test and liked it so much I decided to start adding a scoop to my morning smoothie. This says it's for a post-workout but I'm doing mine in advance of my weigh training and it feels like it gives me a little extra something while I'm lifting.

Creatine is the most studied, most effective, safest supplement you can take for weight training. At over $1 per serving this is a bit expensive but the flavor is actually pleasant. I'm not really sure what the Russian Terragon is supposed to do but from what I see it can help regulate blood sugar and assist creatine to get into the cells, if true it could be worth the extra price. Time will tell.

These types of supplements have benefits that go beyond the workout. This brand is a quality supplement that mixes well with water but might require some stirring if it is left to sit for a while. The powder is consistent with no clumping and easy to use.

I put 1 scoop (5g worth of creatine) in about 10oz of water. It was too sweet, but easy to drink. Probably need more like 16oz of water to even out the sweetness. The thing I really like about it is it didn't upset my stomach. My previous brand was really causing me to get an upset stomach (like acidy stomach) for several hours after taking it, so it is nice that this one doesn't do that. I'm sure it was a trace impurity in the other product I was using that was bothering me. Kind of scary when you think about it.

I'm not one for powders because of the after taste but I loved this...literally drank with no problem.
