Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.
