Very delicious in oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese. Banana flavor. Also dissolves well in liquid. After 2 weeks I noted increased strength and endurance in my workouts.

Banana would not be my first choice of flavor but we have an unflavored creative and this is much better. Wish me had the option with the Amazon vine program but the only option was this flavor. Still a pretty good product.

Creatine is the tried and true muscle building supplement. Micronized makes it easier on the stomach. This one is banana flavor which to be honest I didn't realize when I got it but it's actually pleasant. It has a real banana flavor not a fake flavor. I just put it in my mouth and drink it down with a glass of water, easy peasy!
