This creatine works well, more or less like any other monohydrate on the market. The biggest problem with it, unfortunately, is simply the fact that you get far too little for the amount you pay. Per mg, this is one of the more costly creatine monohydrates on the market. While the smaller container is useful for travel, etc, it's not a particularly good investment for long-term creatine monohydrate supplementation.<br /><br />The creatine itself is rather fine and indicates a good sort of micronization process, which I appreciate. It dissolves well in water or preworkout, which is how I usually consume mine. It is, overall, a good creatine, but you can get other good creatine products for less.

I am happy with this creatine supplement as far as quality and ease of use go. It dissolves easily in any liquid and doesn't altar the taste of whatever you put it in. Works well with just about anything - coffee, smoothies, juices, etc. No complaints on the product itself, but the price seems too high compared to other creatine supplements. Not seeing any reason to choose this over more affordable options offering the same dosage at lower prices. Good but expensive.

This dissolves quickly and works well. Made from quality ingredients I can recommend this.

I put a scoop in with pre-workout & I’m getting stronger but definitely noticed bloating.

I haven’t had this product long enough to notice any specific results but so far it seems like it’ll work for me. It’s an unflavored product which helps if I want to put in other flavored liquid. It’s a small scoop which helps so to not add a lot of material into the liquid of your choice. I would buy again.

Keep pushing them weight’s. With this creatine you will get to your goals as soon as possible if taken the proper way. It’s unscented but you can always mix it with juice or in your shake’s. Great product
