It feels like I’m grinding the bones of my enemies between my teeth

For those that have funneled Creatine into a bottle or glass, we know that it is a nuisance. This is so convenient. They are a little more pricey than the powered products, so I suppose you should weigh that with convenience. You can grab 4 and chew them in a few seconds. The taste is actually pretty good. Contrary to some reviews, they are not that hard. You can chew through them rather easy. I am confused about the reviews about them being too hard to chew. It is a great, convenient product that tastes good and gives you a full dose of Creatine.

Because of how busy I am, with both college and work, I have had to start shortening up my workout sessions. In order to do this I now only do single sets to concentric muscle failure, with a goal of around 20 or so reps for the set. One day on, one day recovery, one day on, etc.<br /><br />On Monday I started taking these, about 16 a day for muscle saturation. Creatine doesn't work pre or post workout, your muscles have to be saturated with it first, which takes a few days of "loading", before it actually starts having an effect. After your muscles are saturated, then you can take the standard 5g (4 chewables) a day just to keep them saturated/maintained.<br /><br />Full workout Monday, recovery with light cardio on Tuesday, and then Wednesday comes around. On Wednesday I was able to increase all of my weights by around 10% and still have the same number of reps. I was AMAZED. I didn't think it would work this drastically, or this fast. I'm writing this review on a Thursday, looking forward to working out again tomorrow.<br /><br />You will not be disappointed as long as you do your research on how to properly (or best) use creatine.

A few things people complain about the size.. hardness of the product. False if you have ever taken a hard /soft vitamin chewable then it’s exactly like that. The flavor tastes exactly what it says it is and chalky is not the case. For those who aren’t new to the supplement game know that the product is fine . No workout supplement tastes like you wanna eat/ drink it non stop.. it’s not what it’s designed for. Your teeth are harder than you can imagine.. so suck it up buttercups and bite down .. seems like a great value for the money overall

I love these chews!!!<br />First the flavor is good. No chemical taste to it at all. It reminds me of a smarties. It’s a hard chew but once you bite through it, it easily breaks and is easily chewed. There’s no after taste either. It is a good amount of sweetness but nothing like those Flintstone vitamins we used to take as kids. These are WAY better.<br />These chews make it SUPER easy to get my creatine on days I don’t take my pre with creatine. Excellent for rest days!!

I went for these because I trusted the brand but also because I didn't want another powder or have to worry about carrying too much around.<br /><br />Here's what I suggest everyone do, take 4-5 of the pills, put them in a Ziploc and crush them just a little bit. Enough so that each piece turns to about 4 pieces, then you just eat it like candy and it's not too bulky, plus you can chew with ease. You can throw the Ziploc in your pocket if you wanted to. They work great, I'm already seeing a change in my muscle size and coupling the intense strength training with excessive cardio I've managed to lose 5.5lbs in just a month. I didn't think that would happen when I incorporated creatine into my plan, but it's working like gangbusters
