Great creatine. It is a little tougher than some to get to fully dissolve but, a few more tough shakes and you’re good. I’ve been using this product for about 6 months and have had great results. Did the recommended load phase and then 5g daily. Stay consistent in your workouts and in about a month and a half you’ll see results, that’s when mine really started to show. Good quality creatine with no puffiness.

I'm very sensitive, so I only used a half scoop and it still made me feel a little jittery and anxious..<br />The jar arrived half empty to start. I know some settling oocures, but it's still not very full for a small jar.. I guess it don't matter for me as a 1/2 scoop is still too strong. It also made me feel worried that I would need to make a dash for the bathroom. But that went away after an hour..<br />I hope to get used to it as it did help with my workout and I'd still like to see how well it works over time.

I needed something to help me recover and put on some mass. This definitely works.

Great creatine powder. It dissolves quickly in water, no chucks or clumps and it doesn't have a taste so it's easy to drink by itself or even mix with pre-workout/protein. This product works well and its just as good if not better as some of the other big named brands in the fitness supplement world.
