Does not show any sign even after weeks of consumption

Be careful with this little guy. My GI tract damn near fell apart using this product. Not saying it's "bad" at all.......but just be mindful of your stomach if you're at all sensitive to highly explosive diarrhea

I take it on an empty stomach 5-15 mins before I work out first thing in the morning and now I’m squatting more and benching more and I can just do more at the gym during my regular 1hr session. It tastes great and dissolves pretty easily I’d recommend it. Just wish it was a little cheaper, but maybe I’m just being a cheapskate.

This product works great showed a big difference from a skinny guy into a bulky person, highly recommended for someone one who wants some size

This is my 3rd month/3rd bottle. I feel as if its getting the job done. Feeling stronger, no bloating or stomach issues. Just like most creatine products, it does settle at the bottom if you let it sit after shaking. But not bad at all. Would recommend & I'll continue using it
