Not for me, unfortunately
Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.

Does the job, mostly
Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.
