Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top.

You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
