I haven’t actually put this in my body yet but I tried the dissolve test like they advertised. I have to call total BS on this stuff. It doesn’t dissolve in water any better than my normal Creatine.

People that are on here saying it doesn’t 100% dissolve are just not following the instructions. It says to mix it in ROOM TEMPERATURE water. If you do that then it will dissolve completely. Trust me. I was also Skeptical of the product because the price was high for creatine and I just didn’t think it would be any different than your leading micronized creatine. But I was wrong.<br /><br />It has given me more energy during my workouts and has cut down on some of the bloating that you get from other creatine brands. I do recommend at least trying it and seeing for yourself if you like it.<br /><br />As far as muscle gain from it I will not lie and say that I have seen noticeable results because I have only been taking it for about a month and I am already a muscular guy. I would give it about 3-6 months before actually deciding for yourself if it is worth spending the extra money on.<br /><br />Thanks for reading and good luck on your path to total fitness.

Not sure how this compares to other options as far as performance but it mixes extremely well. No grit, no bad taste. Getting nice pump so I assume it works

I was reaching a plateau with training. I felt that my strength gains had stopped. I decided to add this to my daily intake of supplements. I had used creatine monohydrate over 20 years ago, which helped me immensely. I restarted a fitness routine after quite a long hiatus from resistance training.<br /><br />Since it has a good history and is heavily researched I figured I would try it. It dissolves completely into 16 ounces of water. I experienced no issues of bloating, gas, nausea or stomach discomfort. After about 2-3 weeks of use, I gained about 6 pounds. I was able to push beyond my limits to get out more reps in my workouts without fatigue.<br /><br />It works as designed, and I will continue to use it. It is well tolerated. It works as it was intended, at least for my body. Definitely worth the premium to me.

Not as good as I expected! It’s just like all the regular creatives I’ve have used before, nothing really different or special... the merchandise they’re making about this product is really attractive and can caught your attention really fast but the product its self is not the greatest
