There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.

Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.

Solid choice overall
Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.
