The container was shipped in an envelope with no real packing, but it arrived unharmed. It also shipped quickly and came at the time it said it would arrive. The container looks like a 1 lb tub, but it is only half full. As expected, the tiny scoop was buried at the bottom of the container. Shake it upside down to get it to move to the top. It also included a “harmless desiccant” pouch inside. I got the unflavored because I thought I might want to mix it with any liquid of choice. I first tried it with just 10 oz of plain cold water. It dissolved instantly. 👍 For being unflavored, it has a slight cranberry aftertaste which makes sense seeing that it is an ingredient. I added some apple juice and the aftertaste went away. I absolutely love this product. Doesn’t make me feel bloated at all, and I have been lifting way heavier now. I’ve only been taking it for a week or so now but the difference I see in my lifting and gains is amazing! Definitely recommend and especially the strawberry lemonade flavor… perfect amount of flavor but not too sweet!

I’ve been taking this creatine for about a month now and i’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve noticed my lower and upper body getting so much more muscle definition. Keep in mind you have to put in the work and this is just gonna help you out with muscle growth. Also it takes 2-4 weeks for it to also start working so be patient. I got the unflavored and i just mix it in with my oxyshred and i don’t find that it changes the flavor at all. You do have to really shake your shaker cup real good so you don’t get the gritty stuff at the end but 10/10 would recommend and i’ll get a new jar once i’m out.
