Defective item, does not dissolve, won't refund
I was excited to receive and immediately disappointed when I received it. Upon opened the package that contained it the box fell apart, the box was really soft and did not keep shape. I chopped it up to it be handled in shipping, I should have returned it then. I work on the road and not home often, I took a few packets with me and went to work. The following morning I opened one to use. It was clumped together so I smashed it in the packed and poured it into my water to start my day. After shaking to mix and take a drink, large chunks met my mouth. I shook it up again and again, clumps of grit where there. I drank what I could before disposing if my drink. The next day I again reached for a packet and it to was hard and had clues all the ones I had with me were the same. I smaskd them best I could and tried again this time with hot tea to mix it with, still did not dissolve and the same results as with cold water. I tried a couple.more packets and they all were the same<br /> As I work on the road it would be awhile before I was able to address this. When I did I was given the run around on what to do with this clearly defective product, I just wanted a refund to my Amazon account to order a different brand. Not possible because of the vendor. No refund no replacement. If u order this be prepared to love it not because it's great but because u cannot return it.
