This is one of my favorite supps I’ve ever taken. By far! It’s packed with critical ingredients so now I only take this own supplant instead of having to combine multiple supplements. The taste is sooooo freaking good and it’s all natural flavors like kink fruit which I love. I take this supp every day. I wouldn’t do a workout without it.

This stuff is really helping me grow. I take it intra workout and post workout and it helps me train hard and I feel great.

I can tell the product helps in recovery and endurance. Ive used 2 tubs of it. I honestly prefer the efx karbolyn though cause there is more carbs<br />But it has 0 flavor<br />My spring water tastes better

This stuff isn’t great. It doesn’t have much flavor and doesn’t mix well. Maybe there would be more flavor if it mixed properly, but a ton of chunks will be floating around the shaker.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
