If your wanting to build muscle this is the healthiest way to go, just make sure your drink more than a gallon of water a day or you’ll get cramps.

I’ve tried a few others, thinking hey creatine is creatine. Not much variation. I was so wrong. This one is gritty and tastes like a crushed pill. The flavor can’t even be masked by my protein shake. Pretty much just have to throw it away. Waste.

Item states $0.54/ounce. That is incorrect received only 5.3 ounces for $18.95. That’s a whopping $3.58/ounce. That is horribly over priced do not buy.. they also do not except returns.

There is no flavor. Takes a bit to mix but I just add it to my protein smoothie.
