Mixes well with other flavors of bcaas from redcon and other brands. Tastes good (unique) on its own=no sugar++works well with water fasting to save $$$. I live in a tent on the Venice boardwalk so it's easy for me to find - - even when it gets dark early - - unless someone lights my place on fire...I really hope Gold's reopens soon so I can take a shower

It taste like grape koolaid. There is no chemical taste to it at all. I use it right after my workouts and only use one scoop with 10oz of water. I’ll leave another review after a month to let you know how it worked on my body. Im a 6 foot, 200 pound, 28 year old male who works out 5 times a week doing powerlifting.

I drink it infra workout and mix it with breach. Mixes perfectly and tigers blood is awesome. I’ve noticed some other brands that I’ve used were too sweet so it was hard to stomach them while working out. This stuff is perfect. I do 2 scoops on heavy days and recovery is awesome

I really like the way it taste and so far I feel great using it. I will be definitely be buying it again.

I enjoyed this Post-Workout. I was recommended picking up Redcon1 from a buddy of mine. I definitely notificed results within a week or two of taking it. I will say though, consistency is REQUIRED for Creatine to be as effective as possible.<br /><br />Flavor wise, it was solid. I little too sweet for my taste, but not bad at all.<br /><br />If you're on the fence, I'd say give Recon1 a shot!
