Dissolves easily but...

Dissolves easily. Only disappointment was no scoop. Measuring out 5 grams each time is a bit tedious. Hopefully next one will have a scoop in it.

Caked into chunks

About halfway through the container, the powder caked into chunks. At first, I thought it was due to moisture or something, but these chunks didn't dissolve easily, leaving tiny flakes like in a snow globe when mixed with water. This makes me seriously question whether the product is pure. Won't be buying again.
