The flavor is decent, but I'm fairly certain this new formula "cut corners" and under dosed everything inside it except the creatine. The old one seemed a lot better for recovery, muscle fullness, and strength increases. This is just overpriced creatine in my opinion. Will be switching to a different post workout product.

I wasn't about this product, since it was the new formula. My experience with &#34;new&#34; formula's usually end up lacking.<br /><br />I used it the same way I used the older version (which I bought October 2016) and my workout schedule was roughly the same. I am not seeing the recovery effects nor the gain's I experienced before. What it contains doesn't match well with the other as well.<br /><br />If you are new to this product go for its a great brand and product, but if you are replacing, I would suggest that you do your research make the best compare and contrast.

This is my go to for my stack. It never lets me down and I always see gains. The downside is you’re not sure of the creatine you’re getting and not sure if this truck helps because I stack it with other mixtures. I like it though

Used this forever. The creative quality is great but it has a blend of other ingredients that are not only good for you, but help the creatine so what it needs to do.
