I'm gonna be honest--at first I did not prefer the taste- with that said I put my tastebuds 2nd to what the outcome would be after a few weeks. Now I'm on my third canister. The results are that great. Glad I found this one first as with the price I don't really want to shop around with recovery drinks. If your looking from a result point of view, this is the stuff your looking for!

Best post Workout I've tried! Love pairing it with altius pre Workout. I usually don't even feel like I did a Workout when I take this, and I go until I can't anymore every time. It is a little on the Sweet side just like altius so I just add more water and vanilla protein powder

Redemption mixed berry.<br />Taste-9.0 I was a little skeptical of mixed berry, but it tastes like a sweet tart!<br />Mixability-9.5 two quicks shakes and it's ready to go.<br />Effectiveness- 9.5 After taking this product I have not felt fatigued the next day, even after doing by 5X5 workout.<br />Overall- 9.5 I would recommend this product to anyone trying to gain a competitive edge on their training. In the first month of taking this I've gained 5 lbs of muscle mass. I've also noticed that my muscles have looked a lot fuller while still keeping my vascularity.

I have tried several different post workout recovery drinks over the past few years and I must admit that Redemption is second to none. I workout 6 times a week in a legs shoulders back routine. Redemption is not a miracle in a bottle or anything but it is enough to push my recovery to its max. The recovery I get from Redemption is fantastic, especially for legs. My latest routine (10x5 pause squats, 10x10 Bulgarian squats weighted, 5x20 lunges weighted) would have me sore for 5 days, Redemption has me feeling almost completely replenished in the 3 day break I have.<br />The flavor was excellent, pretty fruity with some pineapple to it, I personally loved it.<br />Mix ability was fantastic, a lot of bcaa and post workout drinks end up sandy and grainy, Redemption mixes perfect every time.<br />Ingredients are a 10/10 for full dosages, proper content, and honest labeling. In the past I have taken carnitine and creatine separately so it is nice to combine these ingredients with others for one post workout drink.<br />Jacked Factory has quickly won me over. Now if only they would make an epic protein powder ;-)<br />Keep killing it guys!

Powerbuild is a legit product!! In the world of supplements where everyone has a gimic and only half of them work powerbuild does what they claim. Powerbuild is used as a post workout product where recovery time is supposed to be shortened allowing you to slaughter the weights again and grab some massive gains! The flavor is awesome there is a slight medicine type taste but powerbuild is very easy to drink and I have found myself actually looking forward to drinking it at the end of my workout. The only negative thing I have found about powerbuild is while the product is very easily mixed during mixing it does become foamy. What I do is before I start my last set I go and mix up my powerbuild and when I am done with my last set it is perfectly ready to drink. I highly recommend this product especially after leg day!
