Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable.

The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
