The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.

Good but not perfect
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.

Expected more for the price
Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.

Wouldn't buy again
There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.
