Added to a well-thought out diet, continuing weight training, this stuff has helped my body feel amazing. lived in body. Whatever gets you through the day, no?Taking this every day, even when not working out has helped me build muscle in combination with lifting heavy and eating more protein.<br /><br />Flavor: I like the taste of this.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
