I ordered these as my mother is is getting older and needs to take her vitamins and other health support supplements and she these definitely help her act younger. I give her one of these every day and she has less complaints than she did the day before. I highly recommend these supplements.

I take 1-2 of these gummies per day and I look forward to it. They taste great and it has not been hard to remember to take them. I have not had any adverse effects of ingesting these gummies. My energy and digestion have continued to be great, and possibly have improved slightly as a result of taking these (we shall see)!

I take magnesium nightly for a long time and was very excited to find a gummy form. These are so yummy tasting its like a sweet treat to eat and helps me with my issues. No bitter taste and when opened they didnt get rock hard like allot of gummies do. These will not disappoint at all.

I saw that these help with muscle cramps and restless legs, so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm always skeptical about supplements you buy online but for the price I figured why not. So far so good. I haven't had any muscle cramps or restless leg especially at night which was a huge issue for me and I haven't had any weird side effects from taking these which is great but only time will tell, but as of right now I'm pleased with these supplements.

These are absolutely delicious, and I like both the flavors (peach and raspberry). The only problem with this supplement is that I don't want to stop eating them, the good news is that it's a really low dose of magnesium (about 250mg for 3 gummies) so I can eat quite a few of them in order to get a "regular" dose of magnesium.
