I am a 78 yr old woman, and in fairly good health...retired and work part time in a bakery, 4 days a week and on my feet, 5 to 7 hours a day. I heard about bovine liver capsules on YouTube. So I did my research and I'm glad I did. I ordered them from Amazon. They arrived in a few days...started with 2 caps first week, didn't notice much of anything. Second week 4caps and felt my brain was loving it. That was a good sign. So I continued to take 4 caps for the next 3 months and my energy is off the chart. Now this is definitely going to be TMI…but I know there’s got to be other women suffering the way I was and I just want to leave a review about my experience.<br />I haven’t had a regular period in years. And I mean like 8+ years. It was always skip a few months and then either a light period for a day or two or the heaviest period known to man…it became the norm for me…I NEVER have periods regularly ever. About 2 months ago I had the heaviest and most painful period I’ve ever had and on the last day of it I was like I need to find something to take for iron. I’m anemic , my hair was falling out by the clumps. I was constantly fatigue. I was taking ferrous sulfate , not really working. Doctors felt I had internal bleeding my iron was so low. Beef liver is so high in cholesterol so I was trying to find an alternative. This was it. I started with 1 pill a day to 2 to 3 now to 4. Just went to doctor and my Ferrin levels are good, my hair is still falling out but NOT in clumps. I’m not as fatigue. What? This is only my 2nd month taking it. So it’s going to take time. No strong odor, easy to swallow, I have severe anemia and don’t like the texture or flavor or beef liver. This is awesome. I would like to know if anyone with severe anemia problems have gotten better with this product.
