No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

Does the job, mostly
Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.
