Easy to eat yes, but its definitely tart.

I haven't noticed any huge differences, but they seem to be helping some. I expect probiotics to be more helpful long-term, though.<br /><br />These gummies taste great and have a good texture. I think they're a pretty good value compared to a lot of other women's probiotics. Keep in mind that the serving size is two, though, so this bottle will last you a month.

I never took probiotics before but i started taking birth control and it messed up my PH so i read online that probiotics help so i decided to try this one and i'm really happy with them, they taste really really good so ill definitely be purchasing them again.

Easy to take probiotics. Has cranberry for urinary tract support. Easy to chew, tastes like gummy bear candy, just don't eat too many. I trust they are helping. See no adverse effects.
