Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it.

Quality you can actually feel
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for.
