Avoid magnesium aspartate

I had purchased this product from Bluebonnet and it did not give me any kind of relief from muscular pain. The product contains Magnesium Aspartate, which I later discovered is a form of a broken down Aspartame, an artificial sweetener. Aspartame is one of the dangerous additives and accounts for over 1/3rd of the adverse reactions as reported to the FDA. Some of these reactions are very serious including seizures and death.

Bluebonnet Great - Amazon, Not so much!

Bluebonnet makes amazing products. Right down to the fact that they use glass bottles instead of plastic. Which as we all know is way better for everybody. It really backs up the fact that they care about their products and those that use them. I would recommend all of their products all day, everyday, to anyone!

Amazon on the the other hand, has lost it. Who throws a. glass bottle into an oversized box with no bubble wrap and thinks that they itl arrive safely and intact? I searched all over for a way to report this damaged shipment, but they want me to return this one - to get a replacement. Really, my pictures aren't good enough... Do you think I staged my pills in glass shards for a free additional shipment? What is wrong with you people? Who fault was this to begin with?!? Geez...

Huge help to my morning sickness

This, along with rainbow lights prenatal, unisom sleep aids before bed, and some alfalfa supplements (alfalfa is now recommended by my obgyn office), my horrible morning (all day and night) sickness is completely gone. And I am just finishing week 9 (usually when it is at its worst). some research shows Magnesium deficiency can contribute to morning sickness, unisom (doxylamine) and B6 are known to help curb morning sickness, and research is showing alfalfa also helps with morning sickness. I felt improvement as I added each item in my routine over the course of several days, but once I got all four together, it was my magic potion. So happy. Not to mention, my energy levels have soared... and anyone who’s ever gone through the first trimester knows that you are usually exhausted!

Aspartate is readily absorbed by the body for blood flow!

Magnesium Aspartate was recommended by my doctor. Aspartate is a salt or ester of aspartic acid.

This is great for sleep and keeping the bowel on time. Prior to this I purchased Magnesium Citrate and found the Aspartate is readily absorbed by the body better.

Magnesium is vital to sufficient digestion and loosing weight. Remember, Magnesium is connected to Calcium and Vitamins K & D. Mg keeps the blood flowing bringing oxygen to the body in maintaining homeostasis. Many people with Fibromyalgia have Magnesium deficiency and will benefit using Magnesium Aspartate. It's all about keeping the body balanced with plant based vitamins.

You can count on amazon for the best prices for Vitamins. I am not a nutritionist, but try to keep a healthy body regime.

These are 200 MG not 400

Bottle says 400 Mg and 100 count. But read the fine print and see that you need to take 2 capsules to get 400 mg. So these are really 200 Mg not 400 Mg and so they cost double.

Great for migraine prevention

I’ve had migraines all of my life, taken different prescription migraine medicines that leave me with an annoying side effect. Prevention is key! I’ve been using this for over 4 months now and have had only 1 migraine. (I was getting 1-2 a month before).
