Do your homework on Blue Bonnet vitamins and you'll be glad you did. They are better than almost anything on the market and they have in them what they say they do and you'll notice the difference fast. Careful they have been known to put a little extra in there lol. But seriously they use the best absorbed type of the vitamin and not the cheep crap seen in all this other junk. You get what you pay for and this is one of those things. You'll know just by picking up the glass bottle that your vitamins will arrive in. They take their products seriously. I order Zinc , Magnesium and Calcium 1:1 and I am about to order just zinc.<br />I used a different Magnesium before this and it never made me tired and this does.<br />Real Magnesium should because its good for sleep and 300 different things in the body require it. I had to wrote it when I noticed how well these worked over the others I first tried. Oh and I got D3 with a few other things in a spray that sits on your tongue for 30 seconds then you swallow. Its 2500 mg I believe and wow. Rhat stuff you can tell when you take it. Its got a vitamin in it to help the liver too but I cant remember exactly what it is. Something flower is what I remember.<br />Anyways good stuff definitely worth the extra money

I really like this product. I bought it mainly for suppressing hormonal acne I tend to get with my lady cycles. I’m proud to say that it’s helping a ton. If I get any pimples, it’s just one. I take it a couple times a day and combine with vitamin A. I just realized I rhymed quite a bit there.
