Better than the name brands
Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category.

Exactly what I was hoping for

Better sleep / recovery
