I've now gone through an entire bottle of this stuff and there is nothing extended-release about it. I get the full release of the 10 milligrams immediately (I know because it feels twice as strong as my regular 5 mg melatonin when it kicks in; can't even keep my eyes open), but then 4 hours later (which is how long all melatonin lasts in your system) I'm wide awake again, eyes wide open, thoughts going full-speed, unable to fall back asleep, and I have to take another one of these mofos to fall asleep again. I'd have been better off buying more bottles of dollar store melatonin and doing the same thing I'm doing now, which is taking a second pill when I wake up in the middle of the night. That stuff was infinitely cheaper and worked exactly the same.

No effect whatsoever, did not help me sleep at all. I got this based on the positive reviews but it did absolutely nothing to help me sleep. I had high hopes and a positive mindset but was disappointed. Not worth it.

I was hoping for a favorable reaction; however, it was not a good experience. I didn't sleep and felt horrible the entire next day. Apparently, my body doesn't need additional Melatonin. Thankfully, I only ordered 30 tablets and threw 29 of them away the next day.

I like this melatonin because it has the vitamin B6 in it.

I have no trouble falling asleep but can't stay asleep. I was really excited when I read about this product. Have been using it for 3 days and I still wake up about 1 1/2-2 hours after falling asleep.

I was already using this brand's strawberry dissolvable ones. My main concern is that I wake up around 3:00 a.m. a lot. So, I got these extended release ones. I gave them 3 different, spaced out nights. All three times, I had a hard time even falling asleep and I still woke up. They just don't work. I hope others have better luck.
