This is non-medical feedback: I rode in a long bicycle tour two days ago... in 18-20mph headwinds and in moderate Texas temps. I chugged half a dose of Dr Berg's magic potion just before the start of the ride and the other half (in water, of course) midway through the ride. For two hours I was off the bike only for the 30" it took me to drink the electrolytes. No rest stops. I felt as good after the ride as when I started it. Others among the 500+ riders stopped for rest occasionally. I'm giving this product a good deal of the credit for how my experience (described above) turned out. (FYI: I'm 81 and a recreational/fitness rider.)

I folow Dr Berg and have been buying the electrolytes for more than a year. I recently switched to this sports edition electrolytes and I buy them on here because it's cheaper but I am receiving a powder that doesn't mix in the water, it just sinks and forms a ball in the bottom, the original one mixes well

Although most of the flavors were not to my liking, the supplements themselves are wonderful. As I am someone who eats primarily keto, I like the fact that Dr. Bergs electrolytes have significantly more Potassium than the other brands. I do well with my ingestion of sea salt, so that nutrient is not needed as much by me as the Potassium. I have noticed a marked difference in the number of foot cramps that I have experienced since purchasing this product. Although expensive to get the multi-flavor pack, I am glad that I did, because I would have gotten larger sizes based on what I thought I would have liked and been very upset when I received them. I did not think I would like Grape at all but, it is my favorite next being the Tangerine and the Orange. The other flavors are just too sweet even watered down with ice.

I started keto diet. I was eating healthy fats and protein no sugar. Third or forth day, I started to feel light headed and started to feel so anxious then realized I’m having anxiety and panic attacks. I quickly drank this electrolyte and within 20-30 min, it calmed me down. Thank you so much. I’m not having anxiety anymore!

Great electrolyte drink with no junk!<br />Mixing trick: I use a small amount of heated water water to mix the scoop of powder to a liquid then add cool water and stir. No floaters. The heated water helps to mix the powder better than cool water. It has a good flavor in my opinion but my 5 year old doesn’t like it. Ha ha.

First off, don’t start with the cherry pomegranate flavor like I did. It’s the worst tasting, but luckily the others aren’t bad. I’m training for a marathon and need daily electrolytes and these packets did the trick. I would like to see more sodium in them, but I have another brand for that and you could also dissolve extra salt if needed.<br /><br />For electrolytes, this is a great product to get them without any added sugars. Flavor wise, for me is way too sweet. It says dissolve in 16oz but I use 32oz in my Nalgene and that cuts down the super sweetness quite a bit. Favorite flavor: grape, least favorite: cherry pomegranate.
