These gummies contain all the right ingredients to keep one's immune system nice and strong (except for D3) - quercetin, bromelain, C, Zinc and elderberry. And these gummies taste great too so it doesn't get any better than that. No complaints here at all.
Arrived on time. Item just as described. Doctor recommended, so the next blood test will tell. Easy to take. Price was right. We shall see if it does what it claims to do….
These gummies are pretty chewy, and it has a nice flavor without any off-flavor or aftertaste, which I like. I have only taken them for a couple of weeks, so not quite sure about the effect yet, or whether it increased my immunity, but, I certainly like that it contains a lot of great minerals and vitamins which makes it a great daily multi-vitamins or health supplement. I also like the flavor and that it comes in a gummies form instead of capsule or tablet.
This brand never lets us down in regards to flavor! Tastes great! Easy to chew
But I feel not everything should have zinc and elderberry, these can be overdosed like anything else, the vitamin C strength is low, much lower than even the elderberry. I like the quercetin and bromelain. I just feel people have to be more careful with dosage when many items are combined
