I really like that they do not give you an after taste once they release. They are extremely easy to swallow, they do not stick. I have noticed an increase in the length of my eyelashes. The feel of my hair has improved, my skin and nails are healthier, as well as growing. I really like that it doesn't take months for results. I highly recommend this product.
