Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find.

Better than the name brands
Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.

You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival.
