I tried multiple supplements for hair, skin and nails and this is the one that helped me the most. I used to buy it in Europe but once I moved to the US I couldn’t find it easily. it was on amazon and the price is actually really really good. I used to pay way more than this back in Europe
I like this product. It is easy to swallow and reasonably priced. I have been using it for 2 years now, After using several hair vitamin preparations, I noticed a difference with this product after a month of using it. I am over 50 and have thinning hair especially on the top of my head. This is not a miracle vitamin but i think it does the job of support for decreasing hair loss and hair strengthening.
The picture with the red shirt is the "before", the purple shirt is "after". I have to admit, this product worked way better than I expected it to, I definitely see a difference. I was looking for firmness, but my skin is softer, too. And more...waterproof? Like, I feel like water beads off of it more easily, my face doesn't get as dirty, maybe my moisturizer is absorbing better? Either way, it's DEFINITELY worth the price, and I will be repurchasing.<br />It's not delicious, but it's not supposed to be.

I have never really taken many vitamins, but I decided to incorporate more of them into my daily routines now that I’m getting older. I found this brand out through Nicole Kidman (a brand ambassador) while reading a magazine. She’s like my idol so I decided to give it a try. So far it’s only been less than two weeks and I’m noticing changes already! My hair has become SO shinny these past few days and even those around me noticed. I haven’t really noticed too much of a difference in my skin yet BUT I have noticed that the overall tone of my face is starting to look really even and a lot more “elastic” looking. I haven’t noticed a change in my nails either but I expect to see changes soon since it’s been less than two weeks. If you’re looking into taking some vitamins or just want a little boost in your hair and self care routine I highly recommend this product!
