***After taking these for a couple of weeks I started having a reaction to them and getting a very itchy rash....I think these were too strong to take daily***<br /><br />A B vitamin that really does give me a boost! I've tried many others and did not notice any difference...but I guess the high dose of these does the trick! I definitely will be ordering again, because I've never noticed an effect with others. This one is great. Great flavor and a little more melty than normal gummies.

I have an MTHFR mutation and need to take methylated B vitamins. One of these and some methylfolate daily make a positive difference in my life. These gummies taste okay...that are fruity, but it's very artificial tasting and not particularly raspberry flavored. They are quite sticky, and they get stuck to your teeth, but they are easy to chew. I like that you only need one a day. The bottle I received in December 2021 expires in March 2023.

After my regular Biotin brand was temporarily unavailable, I decided to give LIVS Biotin a try. It is/was the same dosage and about the same price as my favorite brand. About 3 weeks into taking this supplement daily, I started to notice I was losing hair (not much, but more than I had with my other brand). I also noticed a near inability to grow nails. They would start growing and before reaching 1/8" (or a few millimeters) they would split or crack. It became a real problem when I didn't have enough of a nail to remove my port plug in order to charge my phone! Maybe this brand works well for some people, but it isn't worth the trouble where I am concerned.

These gummies are decent to eat. They are not the best, but certainly not the worst I've had. The texture is good and flavor is enjoyable. I just got off my prenatal vitamins so these are a nice addition for my skin, hair, and nails.

Pure sugar- find something better

I have to say, these are probably the best tasting gummie supplements I've ever tried. They really DO taste like cream soda!<br /><br />Okay, they do have sugar so if you're watching your daily sugar intake that needs to be taken into consideration. Most definitely keep out of reach of children because they ARE very tasty-- tasty enough that a young kid would assume they are candy.<br /><br />I think the value for the price is definitely good. I've noticed changes for the better in my hair and nails since I've been taking this supplement and I'll definitely get more when I run out. Recommended!
