I got these because I'm exclusively breastfeeding and although this is my 4th child, she's the first to actually latch and take to me and it's been great! However, I was getting REALLY depleted and I was taking a prenatal that just weren't getting the job done. These, for the short time I've had them, have been really great! My brain fog has started to lift, I'm less tired from vitamin deficiencies and overall I just feel better. My milk supply was fine before but it really seems like this has helped, my baby is very happy with that. I never really thought about postnatals before now, wish I had, but better late than never. Flavor is what you'd expect from a multivitamin, not much you can do about that and the pills are a fairly decent size, so one at a time but overall it's worth it.

I noticed my milk supply was started to decline after 3 months postpartum and my preemie's appetite started increasing, I could not keep up with her demand. I started taking this postnatal vitamin and so grateful there is no aftertaste! I had to get through my pregnancy off prenatal gummies cause I can't stand the taste of vitamins! These pills are easy to swallow and digest well. I've been taking these postnatal vitamins for about a week now and notice my milk supply slowly increasing. While I know other factors could affect my milk, I know for dang sure I was pumping as little 1 oz per session combined before taking these postnatal vitamins and now I'm pumping a minimum of 3 oz per session combined! Just enough for my little one :).

This product has helped increase my energy, made meeel good, and given baby and I what we need. The taste isnt my favorite but just fine if you take with food. I am very happy with these and am getting ready to order my third bottle!

Seems good so far I can tell the difference in milk supply I’ve been taking them for week and half and I’m not disappointed at all

good quality, Directions say take two, did that and turned my pee neon yellow from too much vitamin B2. Switching to taking one a day. I still like them though!
