I should have listened to the reviews! As soon as I opened the bottle my senses were blasted with the very strong odor of fish. The safety seal was in tact, the bottle is not expired, I just think it was stored in a non-climate-controlled building. There was funny residue inside the bottle and the pills were sort of oily looking. Returned.

This has a strong fish oil smell but I take it at night before bed and it's not too bad. I haven't had morning sickness for this pregnancy so it might be different for other women. The list of vitamins seem good compared to other prenatal vitamins. The only thing is I bought 2 bottles back in December and just found out one bottle contained broken pills, which spilled all inside. This is not cheap either so I was very disappointed upon opening the bottle.<br /><br />Update 3/26/21.<br />Originally gave this 4 stars but channing to 1. I ordered another bottle and while there no broken pills this time, the pills have a strong down fish smell and taste. I suspect there is some problem while storing it. So 2 out of 3 bottles I received are not edible. For how expensive this is, the quality should have been better and it should have been stored better by Amazon. If you're interested in buying the this, I recommend getting it from a store so you can check that it's not spoiled yet.<br />I have since switched to Pink Stork and the smell is way better.

So 4 stars only because it does give you pregnancy symptoms I could’ve sworn this cycle I was pregnant 😔.having a recent m/c you can see why that’s a problem for me. But if you have painful period these do the trick I had so much energy wasn’t too moody and barely had any cramps so I will finish the bottle but unfortunately have to find another prenatal for my journey

Bottle has a yellow/brown coating inside. I’m assuming on of the pills broke but it must be at the bottom. Still gross and don’t want to take the risk even though the seal wasn’t broken…..and hoping I can get a refund!<br /><br />Update- I messaged the seller multiple times asking about this because I had thrown the box away and then opened the bottle the next day and saw that it was like this. They didn’t respond to me until almost 2 weeks later saying they had no record of my order and couldn’t find the order number. Thankfully Amazon customer service refunded me as a one time exception since it was past the 30 day return. I see multiple more recent reviews saying they received bottles damaged like this. Don’t buy. I actually cut open one of the pills and the inside was brown goo. The pills smell horrible. I have had a normal bottle before and it didn’t smell like this, of course I didn’t cut any of those pills open so idk what the inside was like. Just trusting my instincts that there was something wrong with these.

As much as I like Enfamil’s baby formula, the prenatal vitamins are yucky. I can’t swallow them, they leave a fishy aftertaste and smell horrible. The bad smell gets on my hands when I take a pill out of the bottle so I always have to wash my hands.

My wife has been taking these for about a year now and has been pretty happy with them. With vitamins you don't really get to SEE the impact so a lot goes into purchasing from a brand you trust and personally we trust ENFAMOM so that helps.<br /><br />These are larger and harder to swallow than our previous brand but they aren't bad once you get used to them. You are paying a premium for the brand but that trust is worth paying for--at least for us.<br /><br />We recommend these. (Still currently taking them after a few reorders on our own dime).
