As one with ADHD, this serves both to help me with my gains, but also as a quick meal when I cannot locate any ounce of desire to cook, or make a needed snack. And the macros on this is fantastic.<br /><br />[Taste]<br />Having used muscle milk for years, I haven't been able to find anything comparable, as I cannot have soy. But this one fits the bill and tastes even better! That is, unless I refrigerate it. Then a strange, almost bitter, after taste reveals itself. It's not a deal breaker, since I drink them room temp most often.<br /><br />Overall, solid product. It's a tad bit more expensive than buying the same amount of Muscle Milk at my local Costco. Hope to see it there!

Been getting these once or twice a month for the last 5ish months hands down the best product out there in terms of taste , quality , & quantity. Optimum nutrition makes AMAZING products been hooked on their products for years in compared to other brands they taste the best ,includes a variety of flavors they even offer plant based protein as well when it comes to these the convenience is unmatched sometimes getting the shaker bottle putting all your ingredients in , shaking or blending it then you have dishes sometimes you might miss a protein shake just because you don’t want to get up or whatever the case may… With these all you have to do is shake it drink it recycle it I pack one every morning just to stay on top of my intake these taste good unrefrigerated for those who are in a rush in the mornings or forget to put it in the fridge the night before

Ordered 4 cases after looking at the ingredients of many similar products. I am restricting my carb intake to fix diabetes and this seemed to be the better one - decent fat and protein content and fewer questionable additives compared to many others. Two days later, found OWYN in my local BJs. 30g protein, 0g sugar, 6g fiber and a very clean list of additives. Taste is much better, there are 15 to a case so they are even cheaper, and does not elevate my glucose readings as much as the Optimum Nutrition one.

I’m a pretty picky eater but was able to drink these fairly easy. They do have that protein shake taste of course, but it’s not overpowering. For some reason I feel like exhausted if my diet isn’t high in protein, these shakes are perfect for a nice protein boost quickly

Tastes very good even warm, for me it’s like any of the creamy flavors it leaves not so wonderful after taste,but much better price point than the clear protein drinks I prefer.

Overall not the best shake with the most protein but for the price it’s definitely worth buying.
