First of all, my girlfriend and I are huge electrolyte drinkers, usually drinking Dr. Prices, and we've never really tried any others. Recently we decided to give other powders a shot and came across this one which seemed to be the best option. Got the berry flavored one and when it arrived we both immediately gave it a try.<br />I drink mine in a 1.5 liter bottle so I ended up going with 3 scoops for the 50 ounces of water and it was perfect! Something I noticed is the flavor isn't as watered down as Dr. Prices and I think there must be more electrolyte minerals in this because my body definitely responded and felt hydrated! Which is key since I live in LA and man is it hot out here this summer.<br />Anyway! This seems to be a good product and it's a small company which feels great to support. My original question before purchase was why the potassium level is so low in an electrolyte powder (only 10% of RDA). After ordering and using it for a while, it started to bother me that the dye was staining the inside of my water bottles. I had to scrub a lot to get them clean. Not a fan of dyes generally and who knows what's in them? It tastes good and is priced reasonably! But my search for truly natural electrolyte powder at a great price point continues!

I have low potassium and sodium from the meds I take so I'm limited on how much plain water I can have. I used a Soda stream carbonated and add my electrolytes to the carbonated water. You have to add the powder very slowly or it fizzes and overflows but it's delicious. I work 12 hour shifts so I take 4 litres with me and stay hydrated. I've used your powder before and will continue to use it.

I particularly appreciate it that this is not in one of those annoying plastic bottles that people seem to leave everywhere. I am a runner, and I generally finish my early am workout in the park near where I live and stretch afterwards. I find plastic water bottles and electrolyte replacement drinks all over the place, sometimes 15' away from a place where they could go instead of just being thrown onto the grass, often with liquid still in them. What gets me is that a lot of the time people were using those drinks while they were exercising, and then felt too lazy to walk a little bit. Anyway, pardon the rant...<br />I have not tried this product out as a Pre-Workout, but I have been enjoying it as a nice, cold drink as a Post-Workout routine. After a bit of experimentation I found that the best way to dissolve the powder was to measure out as much as I needed into the tumbler, add a bit of water and swish it all around until I could no longer see lumps, and then fill my tumbler with more water that I keep in a pitcher in the 'fridge, and I have been putting ice cubes into it. It has been good on these hot & humid days, especially.

This stuff tastes great!! My doctor just put me on the keto diet and I need to make sure to get my electrolytes. This stuff tastes amazing, not too sweet, no weird artificial flavor, I'm so glad I found it!! Yum!!
