Most of the time I just put it in my shaker bottle and drink it in the morning. I know you can mix it into smoothies but I enjoy the flavor so much I just drink it with water. I have noticed, since I started using the supplement that my skin feels much more hydrated. Even if it is just the placebo effect, the flavor alone is enough to keep me coming back for more.
