This seems to be a great supplement that is made with quality ingredients right here in the USA. I've just started taking this supplement so too soon to report on any claimed benefits, but haven't noticed any after taste or issues. One thing to note is that the size of the capsules is a bit larger than the standard capsule and could be an issue with folks taking large bills.<br /><br />So far, so good.
The pill is kind of big but it goes down really easily. I’ve had no issues taking this on an empty stomach. It came packed well and seems like a quality vitamin.
My cousin got a prescription of lutein from her doctor to treat weak eyesight. I am not a doctor but that is what her doctor suggested. That is where I learnt that lutein is essential for eye health. This supplement contains lutein and other essential vitamins. It is a decent combination to help maintain healthy eyesight.
This eye health supplement has a combination of ingredients that should help mitigate eyesight degeneration. I appreciate that they didn't go overboard on the Vitamins A and E for those of us who already take a comprehensive multivitamin. You take one medium large softgel per day. I had no trouble swallowing them. This supplement has all kinds of quality certifications, including cGMP, FDA registered facility, and made in the USA so buy with confidence.
I've been taking some of these ingredients before, but the one's related to eye health are new to me. I spend a significant portion of my day in front of a computer screen, and being 60+ I'm noticing the eye strain increasing. I have not noticed any positive change yet in the eyesight but the other ingredients appear to be as effective as what I had been taking. Hopefully as I get more of this in my system, the eye benefits will start to appear.
My husband has a family history of eye disease and his eye doctor saw some very early signs in him at his last appointment, so she recommended he start eye vitamins now. Lutein was the main ingredient she said to look for and the have that plus some others that may help. Hard to say if they’re really doing anything since he’s taking them to prevent damage instead of trying to correct something.
