I've had migraines for 20 years at least, along with recurring body pains, that my doctors brushed off. After a severe neck injury I went to a very progressive Physio therapist who felt strongly that I was presenting with fibromyalgia. He suggested I start magnesium maleate and that I get a new doctor. I tried the pill form first and while it made me regular there was no change but I thought maybe it had to build up in my system. I tried this liquid one by accident because my health food store ran out of pills. WOW what a difference within 72 hours I noticed a DRASTIC change. I could cry at the level of relief. No more brain fog. NO more headaches! NO MORE PAIN in my hands/feet arms/legs. I've become more cheerful and more social since the pain has decreased. My mom has noticed I'm less of a bitch lolol (really though, I'm a lot nicer). I now buy this Nature's Answer brand online. I should measure but I kinda just kinda take a swig twice a day. I use about two bottles a month. Once I ran out and figured maybe I didn't need it anymore HA. The brain fog came right on back and my joints and muscles felt hot and painful once more. Now I NEVER let it run out . I'm back in the gym, I'm doing better at work and life is just ... a lot less difficult than it used to seem :)

I use this stuff stricly as an additive to my flavored water while playing tennis.<br />I used to use some citrus flavored magnesium tablets given to me by some friends from Germany and I guess I must have gotten used to them because, when my supply ran out....my game went down the tubes...seriously! I wasn't connecting with the ball as sharply anymore...there was some apparant disconnect which I couldn't put my finger on until another friend offered me their supply of the magnesium tablets and as if by wizardry...once again, my game returned....until their supply ran out and....same disconnect returned. So I figured, all else being the same...I must need this magnesium supplement big time....searched the net for something I could pour into my water, like the aforementioned tabs, which incidentally I did find on the net but I couldn't figure out how to buy them since it was a German website, in German and priced in Deutsch marks or something??? No clue!<br />So when I found this liquid version, perfect for adding to my water....I jumped on it. Well, it ain't no citrus flavored product...much more shall I say "metallic tasting" but....I got used to it and, yep...game is back on!<br />I am on my third or fourth bottle at this point..I just add a tiny bit to a water bottle..really just a little, tiny amount and then either some MIA water flavorer or some other water flavorer and I am good to go!<br />If you read up on Magnesium, especially Magenesium Glycinate, you will find that it supposedly does in fact help with neuron trasfer and brain function/synapse connectivity...which apparantly I lack without it...at least playing tennis anyway???

My doctor suggested I take Magnesium Glycenate to prevent headaches and so far its working after 3 weeks. This product is great because it doesn't require taking 2-4 giant pills each night. 2 TB = 400mg. It doesn't taste that bad once you get used to it- its citrusy. And, way better than the horse pills.

My husband has scleroderma and it took out his kidneys 3 1/2 years ago. He has been on Peritoneal Dialysis for over 2 years and just recently had a kidney transplant. He has had a hard time keeping his magnesium within normal range for the past several years. He started using this product about two months ago and the numbers are coming up. I am hoping this will help him maintain normal lab numbers. I have also had issues for many years with muscle cramps. The medical providers just shake their heads and aren't sure why. Finally at my last appt I asked that my magnesium level be checked and sure enough, I was below average also so I started taking this too and it seems to be helping with the muscle cramps. I had been using up the SlowMag pills that we had gotten for my husband...the pills just did not work for him and they weren't working for me either.. In fact, last December he ended up in the hospital for other reasons and an x-ray showed a pile of undissolved round pills in his stomach...due to low acid due to taking protonixs. (Now he takes Swanson Albion Chelated Magnesium Capsules when we travel for convenience sake. They are in a gelatin capsule and it dissolves quicker and seems to be absorbed better than the hard pills) I did some reading on magnesium and the best time to take it is at bedtime, so that is what I am doing. My husband needs to take it both am and pm.

This stuff is amazing. No more leg pain. I had extremely nerve pain in my leg. It is completely gone now. Thank you very much. I was using creams and ointments to get rid of the pain. Nothing worked. Heat packs and cold packs. Nothing. Pills didn't work either.Then I found this. This is it. Finally I found it. A Godsend. And now I am sleeping better now. Thank you very much.

My husband takes this and he is very satisfied with it. He has trouble taking pills and prefers liquid and this works great. People get plenty of calcium, but not enough magnesium. Certain kinds of magnesium cause diarrhea, but especially magnesium glycinate, does not have that same effect. This is a good product.
