I keep these handy during a workout or after a big night out on the town.

This kind of product is great during those times in which a few too many adult beverages were consumed. In addition to water, this really helps to rehydrate the body with the nutrients lost through the dehydration that comes with a fun night on the town, or a bad case of the stomach flu. The only downside for me is the taste - thankfully the strip is small and dissolves in about a minute, but I would never tell someone that it tastes good. It starts off super salty but morphs into a strong menthol-y, minty sorta kinda grape flavor. Have some water on hand to help wash it down and the double hydration really does help, a lot.

It's an interesting product, I'm not entirely sure what problem it's solving. There are very few times I'd need electrolytes that I wouldn't also need to take in some water at the same time, so this wouldn't really save space in my bag per se.<br /><br />But it is convenient to melt one in your mouth, have a glass of water after a workout. Feels good. Tastes good. Works a treat.

I always worry about staying hydrated in the summer. I drink a lot of plain water but that doesn’t always replace the nutrients you lose from sweating. I don’t really love water mix ins or Gatorade so these strips are perfect for me. I just use one and drink some water and I know I’m getting back the nutrients I am sweating out. The flavor isn’t my favorite. I think I would like a berry flavor better but these work well for what they are. I would recommend them to anyone who does a lot of work outside or goes to the gym.

I'm always looking for ways to get D3 into my family especially during the winter. These strips are easy to use and taste well. I only wish they had a higher dosage comparable to what I have taken in capsule form.

Unless it’s orange juice I’m not a big vitamin taker or like these powder type drinks because it’s never a good taste even though it has it perks. Overall it’s doable
