Easy to take
This was the best value for the 5 type I could find.<br />The milligrams per cap are also such that I felt 1 twice a day would help. I will update this when I see how well it does what it was purchased for.

Multi collagen = multi benefits
I use collagen for the multiple health benefits. I like that this is multi collagen so there are more benefits. I have tried many other brands of collagen, and this is my favorite by far.

Very expensive.
Not worth the money. 2.1 grams (3 capsules) per serving. Doctors recommend at least 5 grams. That would be at least 8 capsules. The bottle comes with 90, so about 11 days. A month's supply is therefore at least 66 dollars as opposed to similar products by the scoop (10 grams) . Beware however. The scoop version of these capsules is ONLY a 24 day supply making the months supply cost higher than advertised. Go with a reputable product, 30 day supply in scoop form and forego the capsule form which, albeit convenient, is very expensive. Finally, the cap on your first bottle says you get one free if you give them your feedback. I have yet to find the site with the feedback feature and wonder if I would get a bottle anyway. Buyer beware!

Great Product!
I like the fact that the capsules are easy to swallow and they are gluten-free. That is a big bonus for me. It's only been a month, but my nails are growing very fast and repairing themselves after having gel nails for several years.<br />I will continue using this product

Easy to Take, No Taste, Firmer Skin
These pills have no taste (or after taste) and I've noticed a real difference in my skin. Sagging neck has improved and I'm loving the difference!
