A good Omega-3 supplement
I do not have any dietary restrictions that will keep me from eating anything but if you do, this would be a good alternative to the average omega-3 fish oils you may find. If you do not have any dietary restrictions, such as myself, you still may find these a good alternative to fish oils due to potential health risks associated with fish such as mercury toxicity. I do not know how safe, or unsafe, fish oil is but a potentially safe option to replace it with is nice. These are a little more expensive than you'd expect from the usual omega-3 fish oils but obviously it's up for you to decide if the extra money is worth the cost based on your needs.

No fish smell, which is great, but you do get a slight algae smell and taste. It's not a bad smell or taste, either, in my opinion. I know some people won't enjoy it but it's really a more tame seaweed wrap in the form of a gel capsule. The gel capsules themselves are what I would call "medium sized." They're easily swallowed.

Overall, I have been satisfied with them. I've had no negative side-effects, and I was able to seamlessly replace my fish oil with these.
