While my husband was deployed he had to sleep in a tent with other soldiers. Crowded conditions means that if one guy gets sick, they all get sick. Well, not my guy. He took this and didn't get one sniffle! Meanwhile the other guys all fell ill.<br />An ounce of prevention truly is worth a pound of cure!

I take two anytime I'm around someone who is sick or when I just start to see any signs that I'm getting a cold... I'll continue to take them every 8 to 10 hours until I don't feel anymore symptoms. Sometimes it's only for 24 hours. I would not recommend taking them daily like a vitamin. Defeats the purpose of boosting your immune system when you need it most. I've been following this patter for years with this product and I rarely get sick. :)

Love this combo of supplements. Been taking for along time anytime I sneezed, tickle in throat or Stuffy nose. I been well for a very long time. Added a couple of other things during Covid. Still very healthy.

Great immune booster. But, this is the vegetarian one and the capsules leave the WORST taste in your mouth! I am guessing there's no gelatin in the capsule coating so the taste of the inside seeps through the outside. I will make sure to never buy the vegetarian kind again. But, the product has transformed my immune system! I needed help with 2 kids:)

Have used this product for 12 years. My husband who always caught whatever cold or congestion out there has only had one cold in 6 years. We both start to take it when we feel we have been exposed. It's the best.
