Good but not perfect
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks.

Exactly what I was hoping for
My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival.
