Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.

My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.
